I recently became the owner of Life Styles Salon in the summer of 2025. I have been a hairstylist since 2017, and though ownership is new, the salon and its values are not — the previous owner was my mother, Gabrielle Rantisi. I specialize in curly hair and enjoy transformation work, including coloring and highlights. A compliment I often hear from clients is, “You give a great haircut!”

Suzi recently joined our salon and brings years of experience as a hairstylist, working in the industry since 2001. She specializes in dimensional color and is our salon’s only stylist trained to install extensions. Suzi’s expertise and positive attitude have strengthened the team and inspired us to elevate our craft.

KRIS HAAS

Kris has been a valued member of our team for many years and brings decades of experience as a professional hairstylist. She is L’Oréal Color Mastery certified and has been part of the Matrix Professional & Biolage Artistic Education team since 2012. Kris specializes in scalp facials and scalp health, dry cutting, and services for curly and textured hair. She remains committed to ongoing education and regularly updates her skills in current color techniques and trends. Other services offered are waxing, clipper cuts, and perming services.

Alicia Vonk

Alicia and her husband share a busy, joy-filled household with three beautiful daughters and a husky named Blaze. Between dance, tumbling, softball, cheerleading, track, and volleyball, Alicia spends much of her time chauffeuring and cheering for her girls’ activities. Professionally, she’s been a hair stylist since 2002 and brings passion to her work. “I just love making people feel good about their hair,” she says.

Vikki Heinle

Vikki is our do-it-all woman! She’s always ready to help and makes ownership feel much less stressful. She recently celebrated an impressive 50 years as a hairstylist! Vikki is a firecracker with a huge heart, and it shows in the care and attention she gives every client. They’re in excellent hands with her and truly fortunate to have her on the team.

Gabrielle Rantisi

Gabie, former owner of our salon for over 25 years and a stylist with more than 35 years of experience, has recently retired from both ownership and from behind the chair. Although she may occasionally return for a client here or there, to help with small tasks, or to lend a hand around the salon, she is enjoying a well-deserved retirement.

Gabie remains active and engaged: she volunteers at her church and recently started volunteering at our local cancer center, cares for her grandchildren, travels, crochets, and creates jewelry as a hobby. We miss her presence in the salon but are delighted she is enjoying this new chapter.

Mary Bolton

Mary is always a helpful hand, quick to offer support and friendly assistance when needed. Mary has been in the business for 45 years in various salons. She specializes in color, cuts and perms and making sure to keep the integrity of her client’s hair. She truly enjoys spending time connecting with her clients and building warm, trusting relationships. She continues to put her people-first approach to work. She’s not only a wonderful mom but also a devoted sister who cares deeply for her siblings.
